Responsible for handling and overseeing all the day to day processes of the operation, including staffing, training, production, quality of merchandise and merchandise rotation, replenishment, cash handling procedures, cleanliness, pricing and overall maintenance.
Must be able to manage a large staff to ensure goals are met. This includes planning, prioritizing, assigning, monitoring and supervising employees on a daily basis
Provide good customer service and train your staff to do the same
Handle customer complaints / issues in a courteous, timely manner
Ordering of inventory/supplies while maintaining par levels
Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred and a minimum of two years retail and supervisory management experience is required
Background check/pre-employment & random drug screens
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have knowledge of accounting with solid mathematical skills to maintain accurate records and reports pertinent to store operations
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and proven leadership ability a must
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and priorities.
